I was told that it is not Declude but SMTP that has this problem (Stupid Mail Transport Protocol). I would love a way around this as we have 3 users that wish to be whitelisted and any spam with their email addy in it, gets to all intended recipients even though Declude would have blocked it to other users.
There are ways to get around the limitation though -- we are investigating to see if there is a good way that we can do so.
