Scott, I know I can figure this out by parsing the IMail logs, but I am
wondering why these messages have "Action=IGNORE" applied to them, but
without the "Subject" and "From/To" lines, there is no way to tell by
parsing just the Declude JunkMail logs:

If it is an ongoing issue you are investigating, you can use "LOGLEVEL HIGH", which will record the file that Declude JunkMail gets the settings from, so you will know exactly which file has the action set to IGNORE (the IGNORE action will also be used if the config file doesn't have any action listed for the test).
