We have never used LOG_OK_NONE and none of the messages that I found that were not logging in the JM logs were quarantined by DV. > >I can even parse the log > >for the queue ID from the message headers (e.g., X-Queue-File: > >Dd7a4018e00a48c59.SMD) and still find no reference to the message in the > >logs. > > Are you sure you are scanning for the right string -- with IMail and > Declude log files, you must search for the spool file name minus the first > character and extension -- so in this case, you would need to search for > "d7a4018e00a48c59". Do you have any settings that would cause > Declude JunkMail not to log (such as "LOG_OK NONE" or "LOGLEVEL > WARNING")? Do the IMail log files show the E-mail being delivered? If you > are running Declude Virus, did it scan the E-mail? We are not using "LOG_OK NONE" or "LOGLEVEL WARNING". See also message posted to list on 9/21 with subject "Strange log and header behavior". There were many other strange logging issues I was seeing over the past few days, but did not properly document to be able to report here; however, it appears so far that these issues have been resolved with interim release v1.76i2. I will do a better job of documenting and reporting issues in the future. One thing you could do is report back to the list that you are working on a resolution so that we know it is being looked into, and also reporting back to the list that an update has been released that resolves the reported issue, rather than finding out days later that the issue has been fixed and a new interim release is available.
