After making config changes, how can a message that you have both the D and Q file be rescanned manually, say from the command line? The purpose would be to test the config changes.
You could type:
\IMail\Declude D:\IMail\spool\Q1234567.SMD
It is important that you have the full drive/path to the file (the files do not need to be in the spool directory). Note that this will also cause the E-mail to be delivered (or not, depending on what Declude JunkMail does to the E-mail).
