We use the hold-on-100 weighting system and have daily hold spam messages
between 100 and 1200 points

You can use

MaxPoints=0
MinPoints=0

in the spamchk.ini file.
But note that the value 0 means "unlimited"
So maybe it's the best for you if you set

MaxPoints=1
MinPoints=-1

by using a hold-on-100 weighting system. This should not have any noticeable
effect in you declude weighting system.
