Has anyone else seen a problem with server processor being overloaded over
time? I have a reoccuring problem where over time my processor utilization
increases steadily.

If you open Task Manager, click on the Processes tab, and click the "CPU" button, what process(es) are on the top (the ones using the most CPU time)?

The only fix that I have found so far is to remove the
old Spool folder and replace it with an empty one, and then the useage
decrease back to normal again. Any ideas? Thanks

That would suggest that there is high CPU usage involved with processing the E-mails.

How many E-mails do you send/receive per day on that server? Are you using AV software? Are you using lots of BODY filters in Declude JunkMail?
