One of our business partners attempted to send us a MS word doc. We are using IMAIL 7.15
When trying to open it, the error message, from MS Word was:
The document name or path is not valid. Try these suggestions.
*check the file permissions for the document or drive.
*Use the File Open dialog box to locate the document.
I had the business partner send the same document to our yahoo account and it opened fine. It also opened fine if the document was zipped.
I did some research and came up with this article:

Is there any way to fix this? I am unsure if this is an IMAIL problem or a Junkmail problem, or if it's even a problem I can fix.
Zipping is a quick workaround but I would rather find a real solution, if there is one.
In the 5 years we have been running IMAIL, and the 3 years of running Declude this has never happened.
