Neither Declude JunkMail nor Declude Virus will alter any attachments,
nor 
will IMail (as far as I know).  Given that it is only a problem in Word 
format and not .ZIP, I would suggest looking to see if you have a
firewall 
that may be interfering.


What's even odder is that this doesn't affect all word documents, or
even the current one having problems when sent from other mailservers. I
have tested this and it seems like it's only one particular document
from the mail server of our business partner. The same document, send
from either aol or yahoo opens fine.

I thought about the firewall too, but seeing as it's getting through
with no problems coming from other mailservers, I don't think it's the
firewall.
