I don't know about the interface for multiple domains with different registrants and a single tech contact but I like http://www.godaddy.com for price and the way they group all my domains into a single interface. My (4) are all mine though, same registrant/contact info across the board. I've never had a problem setting them up, making NS changes, etc. All done very quickly through an intuitive web interface. If you have a LOT of domains I think you can get some pretty good discounts also. -- Gerald V.
