Now I have another customer, who wants to BLOCK a list of e-mail addresses. Can I put a filter entry into their $default$.junkmail that does the opposite of "WHITELISTFILE"?
No -- because Declude JunkMail wouldn't know *what* you want to happen to that E-mail (deleted? quarantined? etc.). Therefore, it needs to be set up as a test (which has the flexibility of letting you decide how to handle the mail that fails it).
