It could actually be an interesting filtertype.. 

MAILFROM        DELETE  IS              [EMAIL PROTECTED]
HEADER  DELETE  CONTAINS        Porn du jour

& adding it may not be a big issue... This would be the equivalent of a
filter and action combined.

No -- because Declude JunkMail wouldn't know *what* you want to happen to
that E-mail (deleted? quarantined? etc.).  Therefore, it needs to be set up
as a test (which has the flexibility of letting you decide how to handle the
mail that fails it).
