David.. We do this by using the mailbox action. WEIGHT20m MAILBOX spam This has helped a lot- since we now send messages between 20-50 to spam folder and delete on 50. Users are given instructions on how to download the spam folder and use rules to forward the email to that folder. Or simply check it on the web.
