I'm having trouble completely disabling outbound scanning (or at least actions) for all hosts on our server. I'm running v1.78i9 PRO on IMail 7.15 w/ a mixture of per domain / per user junkmail settings.
I have set all actions in the global.cfg file to "Log" to essentially disable outgoing scanning actions, but I'm confused regarding the following scenario: If I send a message that contains recipient addresses for both local accounts (ex: someone CC's their boss) and external addresses (say a Hotmail address) the external messages are processed through Declude and actions are taken despite global.cfg actions being set to "Log" for outgoing messages. If I simply send the message to the same hotmail address w/o any additional recipient addresses that reside locally on the IMail server no Declude scanning occurs. What am I missing?
