No way.  :-(

At the moment I don't know for what cygwin, cpan, ... is used for.

Perl, cygwin, cpan, spamd, spamc, and so on. Maybe it would work only if I
start the windows server trough vmware on a virtual linux server runnning
wine. And if something fails a simple VBScript should try to restart the
failing service, ops daemon! ;-)

I'm realy interested to see what SA is able to detect and if it's able to
increase the detection rate.
