So if I'm running v.1.79, I can have a filter do something like:
BODY 10 CONTAINS spam text
and it will flag "spam text" that is base64 encoded in the email?

Declude JunkMail has a BASE64 test built into it that is designed to
automatically detect E-mails that use base64 encoding to bypass filters.
But, the latest version of Declude JunkMail will automatically decode
base64-encoded segments, so it is actually easier to catch this type of
spam than other spam. Their base64 encoding backfires, making it no harder
to catch, and actually making it easier to catch due to the BASE64 test.
