A bit OT, but I'm guessing you guys have dealt with this.
We have a very legitimate customer, that seems to have found their way into Yahoo's "Bulk Mail" filter. I'd personally vouch for this user - I know they've never done any spamming (even indirectly or unknowingly). Does anyone know the best way to get out of Yahoo's filters?
