I have double checked and all of the things you mention have been taken care. I switched logging to HIGH and changed the skipif weight and the log showed the new weight which tells me it is reading the correct file.
Are the entries case sensitive? Because it is KR in the chain and kr in my filter file.
No, the entries are not case sensitive.
I would recommend using the debug mode ("LOGLEVEL DEBUG"), and sending the results to our support@ address.
