If I have one IP-ful domain (the primary domain of the mail server,
taisweb.net), and many "virtual" hosts, do I need an SPF record for all the
domains, or just for taisweb.net?

You need them for all.

Why? Let's say that the one of the virtual domains is "example.com". When someone sends an E-mail from "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", SPF doesn't know or care about the taisweb.net domain -- it just knows that the E-mail is claiming to be from example.com, so the example.com SPF record is checked.

In other words, SPF doesn't know or care whether your domain is a virtual domain or IP-ful domain.
