An  interesting option, but I feel that this is closing the barn door,
as  they  say,  after  the horses are out. There's an easy way to stop
domain  admins  from creating domain admins using the web interface: a
little  JavaScript  check  will  cut  off  all but the most determined
hacker-slash-admins. As far as removing the existing 'nobody' aliases,
a one-time RegEdit search should take care of it.
