Absolutely  the  same here, plus SA rulesets culled from the net.

I do think it would be useful to non-SA users to be able to grab an SA
.cf  file  from  the net and quickly convert it into a FINDSTR-capable
filter.  Those  .cfs  are  maintained  fairly  well and represent more
shared knowledge.

As  far  as  internal  filter  files,  we  really only create them for
whitelists.
