The france@ account is the alias and points to one alias and two accounts.
This is a messages that was held and then moved back into the spool folder.

In this case, Declude JunkMail is seeing three recipients (as the alias points to 3 different addresses). But, it displays the intended recipient rather than the actual recipient, in order to hide the actual recipient (as some people do not want others knowing what address(es) their aliases point to).
