Looks as if for once, Imail may actually 'beat' Declude by supporting SURBL > natively.

Are you sure this is against SURBL. The way that is wrote indicates that it could potentially be against something that they (Imail) maintains. Not to mention they can only detect links in plain text emails. Most of the stuff I see is either quoted printable/html/ or base64 encoded.
