Are you using Declude Standard or Declude Pro?  If so, you can follow the manual's instructions for setting up a per-domain configuration, but for the domain in question, you wouldn't apply any actions.  You could also try in all versions adding a whitelist entry to your Global.cfg in the form of WHITELIST TO example.com (instructions also in the manual).
