We're doing just that. Using SmartMail's web services we can generate a list of all accounts and aliases on the system. We then just script that list over to our Postfix on a set schedule.

Does Smartermail have any features built in for gateway based systems - i.e.
load a list of accounts that are valid that you gateway for envelope
rejection?
