I'm about ready to bite the bullet and move my hosted E-mail over to a
SmarterMail server, but keep IMail/Declude in place as a gateway. At
the same time I have been seeing increasing desires among my clients for
listserv functionality so I need to find a solution for that as well.
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the SmarterMail
listserv, whether good or bad, and what if anything to look out for.
Also, I wouldn't mind purchasing a separate listserv solution just so
long as it was Windows based and could run on a server that had
SmarterMail on it for instance. For the time being, I will have very
little traffic from the listserv, and I have no desire to build this
into a huge service, but instead just a value added component of E-mail
hosting services, so it doesn't need to scale to millions of messages,
but I would like it to be easy to use and manage, and have fairly nice
features for the administrator. So any other recommendations for
listserv software outside of SmarterMail would also be appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt
