Nick,

The beta version 3.0.3 does not automatically create the 'work' folder below the 'proc' folder (ie. 'proc\work'). If you create the folder manually, 3.0.3 will start to work (after stopping and restarting the 'decludeproc.exe' service). Declude has fixed this problem in later releases, with the latest being 3.0.3.7.

Ahh - I did not know that.  Thanks!!
Caution...we attempted to run 3.0.3.7 yesterday and had to revert back to 3.0.3, because 3.0.3.7 would not run more than a minute or two before the 'decludeproc.exe' service stopped. You may or may not have the same results.
I am still holding off though on this Beta - I just do not see it as trustworthy and Declude is not forthcoming with its bugs.  For example I just saw some posts about issues w/multiprocessor environments  - which is scary because that is what I have, you have just uncovered another bug, etc.  I had no problem running beta's in Scott's era but now even though I'm sure Declude is trying their best I think it is prudent to be more skeptical.
Declude has been notified of this problem.

Hopefully someday they will post known issues.
