Declude 3.0.4 Beta Notes

1.) Installation – Service installed with no issue. Proc and work
directory were created.
2.) Service stability – Service was very stable. Did not stop
unexpectantly. Service was stopped and restarted multiple times. No files
were left stranded in the work directory.
3.) By default it still seems to suffer from the multi-processor sleep issue
documented as issue 20905001 on the beta page. Used the WAITFORMAIL setting
to compensate for this.

Observations:
CPU usage on average is double of what is required for 2.0.6. Please see
the following CPU graphs. System is a dual xeon 2.8 GHZ machine with HT
enabled.

2.6 - http://www.invariantsystems.com/declude26.gif (Average 24%)
3.0 - http://www.invariantsystems.com/declude30.gif (Average 53%)

Logs:
Noticed even under MID and HIGH logs the time is being stamped with
milliseconds. Is this going to be carried over into the release or is this
a beta addition only?

Functionality:
No real issues kept up with the load with THREADS set to 20 and WAITFORMAIL
set to 1 second. Major features worked (hold, delete, external tests, etc).

While the beta seems to be progressing along smooth the CPU usage jump has
me very concerned since 2.0.6 does not even flinch at our volume 100K+
messages a day.
