[Declude.JunkMail] V4 and Console

I noticed a ‘console.txt’ file after upgrading to v4. This appears to have the summary line information from the V1 Console (deccon.exe).

Is this a step towards the Console functionality being added back (I hope)?

V4 seems to be OK so far.
