does anyone know of a piece of software i can install on my imail servers which are windows 2003, to view the current pop 3 connections?

the last few days the cpu on one of the servers is hitting 100% and the task manager is showing that the Pop3d32.exe thats causing this.

it would be great to know what or who is connecting to the server to cause that.

Kindest Regards
