Hi, We use http://www.activexperts-nl.com/ and indeed most report come by e-mail. But some that have to do with the connections, or the urgent ones, come via SMS. Also reports about the mailserver itself are sent via SMS, I assume one can guess why. ;-) The monitoring server has it's own GSM modem.

If you set up your own in-house monitoring, you probably will not get an alert if your Internet feed fails or you have a massive power problem.
