Hi David,
Let's hold off for a bit. I just discovered that when I added the filter you provided that it did not actually save the edit. I'm working remotely on the server and I'm guessing the save command never made it to the server. Before I cry wolf I need to make sure it wasn't a stupid user error. :) Thanks, Dave > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of David > Barker > Sent: Tuesday, April 08, 2008 10:48 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: RE: [Declude.JunkMail] Filters not triggering - David Barker > > Dave, > > Do you have a ticket number ? if so email me so I can follow up on the > ticket for you - this needs to be addressed with support, not on the lists. > > Thanks > David B > > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Dave > Beckstrom > Sent: Tuesday, April 08, 2008 11:32 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: RE: [Declude.JunkMail] Filters not triggering - David Barker > > Hi David, > > The filter is not triggering.
