It sounds like you may just be reaching the limits of the server. Do you
know about how much E-mail is sent/received per day on this server?
The iwebmsg.exe at around 34% would indicate that web messaging is pretty
heavily used. The declude and smtp32 processes switching indicate that a
fair amount of E-mail is be processed.
