Hello all, I've noticed the following message in my Declude Virus log file:
"WARNING: Could not convert file name; may not be scanning E-mail (did you disable short paths in the registry?)." The above message appears quite often. Does anyone know how I can fix this? What are the ramifications? I never disabled short paths in the register nor have I been able to get much info on the subject. The server in question is NT 4 SP 6a, IMail v8.05, and Declude Virus Pro Version 1.79.
