I don't know what you guys are talking about but I just went to the registered Delphi users site on Borland.com and I can only find
updates 1 and 2 for D2005. The only update 3 is for Delphi 8!
Looks like it's been taken down. That's good, since the update didn't
really update as much as it was supposed to. (It included *no* fixes for
anything in the VCL, for instance -- all PAS and DCU files remained unchanged.)
