Also, in D9 we now have the right-click menu item, "Toggle
comments", which is practically all I use now for multiple line comments.
This feature makes it very easy to comment and un-comment whole blocks of
code!

Some time back, I discovered GExperts and love it.  One of the most useful 
aspects of it (and there are many) is the <Ctrl>Alt><.> and <Ctrl>Alt><,> 
key stroke combination pair.  The first one puts "//" ate the beginning of 
a line and the second one will remove them.  That gives a simple key stroke 
combination to quickly comment or un-comment lines of code.
