Have you been to New York lately? I mean downtown? I used to travel up there quite a bit back in the 70's and 80's whenever I was living here on the East coast, just to catch a show or hang out in the city. ( Spending most of my time in L.A. I used to go thru withdrawal if I didn't get a lot of people around me every so often <g> ) I had to go up there last month and I didn't even want to get out of my truck! And when I did I was sorry! The people living and working in Manhattan are losing it big time, and even the rudeness of the waiters and other service people is ten times worse than it used to be...and it was pretty bad back then!
