There are seven of us doing PC software development and I'm the only one with Delphi experience. Everyone does VB.NET and a little C# so the last standing Delphi application gets converted to VB.NET or C# once the Windows 8 Crusade (making sure all of our applications work in Win 8) is over the first lull occurs. Hopefully the lull doesn't occur for some time. My SCADA system in Delphi is long gone and several other small single purpose applications are all but forgotten. One of these days the company will get beyond Windows, but not now.
