Sounds like Oxygene would be the easiest case to make and then upgrade my 
Delphi 6 program to Oxygene. Does Oxygene play with DevExpress and other .NET 
components?

Let the management know that today Delphi XE4 is cross platform: Windows, MAC 
and iOS. Soon Androïd. And of course for .NET, you have Oxygene (aka Delphi 
Prism).
