In Win95/NT or in the BDE Admin settings?

I've tracked the problem down now to the TQuery is failing to open and
crashing out, problem is, this TQuery is inside a .dll so all I get is
"exception in module calc_multimassflow.dll" and I can't get anything else
out of it :(

The query works perfectly in the Database Desktop, and I cant seem to find
whats wrong.... this is starting to REALLY (*$#&()&$&(* me off as well,
it's most probably a really simple thing I'm missing but I can't spot it at
the moment due to fustration and stuff :()

Pity TDateTime's didn't work in the first place :(
