Ok, I reverted back to how I originally had it, assigning .AsDateTime and
having the param defined as a DateTime...... and it runs.....
)$)#(*$)(#*$*()#*()*$()*#)

However, the queries still do not return any data, as thou they're using the
wrong dates....
