[DUG]: Assigning bitmaps to the clipboard

Think Ive found it. The system is not providing Overlay mode - only Preview.
Now, even tho it doesnt say it, Id bet my bottom $ that clipboard function
actually utilises the Overlay mode for a nanosec.
Some trap for unwary players - you think your software is the culprit and it
is 9 times out of 10.
