HI all.
well I found a product called Exeltel (I think....) that uses TAPI to answer
voice or what ever mode you want, and it detects DTMF.
It did require UniModem to be installed, and the voice stuff does only work
under 95/88, and not NT, buts ok.
Its actually a really cood product, and res. prices to.
I was able to write a wee app. lastnight that controls my wee controller
device via the phone....so now, I can ring up, enter a password and code,
and then turn on or off my heater...hahahahaha....yeah well, sad I know, but
true......

Yes, mine cost about $1,900 odd a couple of years ago but includes a 2-line
card as well.
