Best way to analise these problems is to ask some questions.
a) when did it start occuring
b) what, if any was done to (I assume) the networked machines at around that
time

You havent mentioned what version of Delphi you are using. Possibly the res
files (icons on toolbar) need opening and saving again under D4 image editor
if that is what you are using, and they are earlier vers of Delphi, however,
in view of the next items I think that is questionable.

And the above is like the machine resources are being over-used whilst in
the Delphi IDE, making the screen refresh very slow.
Sorry I cant be much more help, but there are not a lot of indicators you
have given to work with. It would pay to check the system state of the
machines in question and see the proportions of resource allocation and
where they are being used.

I have found some weird things happening under D3 IDE when the path is not
correct - it makes the system work very hard trying to figure out where
required files are not to be found.
