yes: as I said about 3 emails ago, it will NEVER EVER EVER EVER work this way - it 
can't find the runimage directory. The cd - be it a actual CD or a directory on your 
hdd 
- MUST BE THE ROOT DIRECTORY OF A DRIVE LETTER!

Try mapping (or subst) a drive letter to c:\delphi4 and go from there.
