I thought INNER JOIN's were introduced in PostgreSQL 7? The main thing
against MySQL is the lack of transactions (which I believe is being worked
on, or is now available in the latest release?).

Most companies doing PHP that I know of certainly charge for developing
with it, and well, you could also label your php scripts .asp :P
