Well, over the years I have searched long and hard for a reasonable
reporting tool that does all this and more. So far, the best I have
come across is Seagate Crystal Reports (currently up to v8.5, but v8 is
good too).
This does have it's downsides, as well as all other reporting tools I've
come across, but it's ability to export to a range of different formats
and allow the users to create their own reports (with their own copy of
CRW), is great.
