No, that was an earlier fork as far as I can tell, FastReport is very well
supported - the last release was a week ago. There's even dbExpress support
and a beta CLX version.

I've only used one richtext control per report - but I'm sure it works just
as well in bands. I've found FR to be very solid - as in no stange quirks
that many 3rd party tools and components have. Like I said, the richtext
was one of the deciding factors for me - it handles it very well.
