Of course! The standard Microsoft trouble shooting check list:

1. You have a problem? Reboot your machine. Does the problem still persist?

2. You still have a problem? Reinstall the program raising the error. Does
the problem still persist?

3. You STILL have a problem? OK, Reformat your hard drive and reinstall your
operating system. Does the problem still occur?

4. Really? OK, buy a new computer and try again...
