Title: Message
It seemed to be treating the binary file as a text file and converting all #10 or #13 to a #10 + #13 pair - that really screws up a DFM file !!!

We had this problem once at my old work and traced in back to MS Visual Source Safe too.  Then we thought that it couldn't have been.... I guess maybe it was?

I have had this problem with a DFM being in binary instead of text.
Not just the file being binary, but corrupted binary - seems to have been done by MS Visual Source Safe (the MS VSS is just a guess though!).
If this appears to be the problem let me know and I find my notes on how to fix it.

Subject: [DUG]: Compiler error in D6...not making any sense.

HI All.

I have com across a very strange Error when I just went to compile a project that I have compiled I dont know, heaps of times anyway, ONLY to have it tell me that the main form has a "[Error] RLINK32: Unsupported 16bit resource in file "E:\Borland\Delphi6\Projects\vsspbeditor\untMain.dfm"

Has anyone else had this problem?? Is it something corrupted?

Thanks,

Jeremy Coulter
