[DUG] D2007 - Position of Controls

On both my PC at work and at home, I find that the controls on the form 
move too easily.  In Delphi 7 they are fine.  Almost every time (about 4 
out of 5) if I click on a control, it moves.  It takes me far too long 
to reposition them again as I enter a recursive loop.

Has anyone else found this ?
Isnt there a form property to lock down control positions ?
